DUE TO COVID-19, OUR RETURN POLICY HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!


      All sales are final and we DO NOT offer refunds; however, in the event that an apparel order or accessory is defective upon receipt, we will accept a return for exchange only as long as the apparel item is unworn, unwashed and/or unaltered.  In the event I cannot exchange an item, a credit will be offered.  I DO NOT offer exchanges or credits for sizing issues; please read the descriptions carefully.   If you have questions about the size, message me and I will be glad to guide you with your purchase. 

      Customer satisfaction is what drives me the most!  Each apparel package is carefully inspected, folded & packaged by me to make sure all items are free of any defects before shipping.  All jewelry items are also inspected and packaged by me for quality assurance. 

       To initiate the return process, please send me an email at boutique2u@ymail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.  Pictures are encouraged to support your claim.  I will review your claim and respond appropriately within 24 hour of your request. The return shipping cost is solely your responsibility.
